Shipping Policy
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out TANSUNG products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
United States Standard Shipping
- Packages usually reach their destination in 3-5 business days, but occasionally take longer.
- Orders placed after 10 am Pacific Time may require +1 day to process.
- For example, orders placed after 10 am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
- TANSUNG currently only supports orders delivered to US mainland addresses.
Tracking Your Package
- Please contact us for your shipping information, we hope you could wait patiently.
- You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed.
- This tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become available.
Issues With Tracking Info
- We are always happy to help, but unfortunately, we only have access to the same tracking information you have.
- We ask that you please try to resolve any issue with the carrier directly.

Lost Packages
- TANSUNG will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit.
- Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
